The race’s founder, Joe De Sena, said that this 5K race is unlike any other, with runners passing by iconic landmarks such as the pirate ship and animatronic parrot.
With more than 200 events in 40 countries, and over 1 million annual participants, De Sena’s Spartan Race is a truly global phenomenon.
To complete this challenge, racers must focus on small goals and take it one step at a time.
