Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband Michael Lockwood has been ‘left in the dark over the singer’s estate
Lisa Marie Presley’s fourth husband Michael Lockwood is said to have been “left in the dark” by the late singer’s estate. The only daughter of Elvis – who died on January 12 aged 54 – married guitarist Michael, 61, in 2006 and they had twins Finley and Harper Vivienne, 14, in 2009 before separating in 2016 and fighting over child support payments.

And in new court documents obtained by RadarOnline, Michael’s attorney filed a “Notice of Death of a Party” and claims they don’t know who will distribute the assets to the beneficiaries and who the trustees of the estate will be. His attorney said: “We are currently unaware of the intended executors and trustees named for the late Lisa Marie Presley.”
Last week, it was reported that Michael would get full custody of their twins. The girls are said to want to live with Michael full-time, with TMZ reporting that the twins have been living with him since Lisa Marie’s death. According to sources close to the Presley family, Michael declared “a cold day in hell before giving up custody of those kids.”
Michael has 40 percent custody of the twins, who lived with Lisa Marie at the time of her death, while the singer has 60 percent. Lisa Marie’s ex Danny Keefe and daughter Riley have “roars” who could fight for child custody. But under California law, Michael would have been denied full custody only if he had been found to be the undisputed parent.
Danny, 58, is Lisa Marie’s first husband and they share actress daughter Riley Keefe, 33, together. They also have a son named Benjamin who is 27 years old in 2020. Michael is married to Beauty Beach Lounge hairstylist Stephanie Hobgood and they live in an $800,000 estate in Thousand Oaks, California.
Michael and Lisa were locked in a divorce battle until her death, as they sought $40,000 a month in court for child support for their twins. Mum-of-four Lisa Marie was also married to Michael Jackson, who died aged 50 in 2009, and Nicolas Cage from 2002 to 2004.
