Razer's Cloud Gaming handheld model WIFi 5G starts at $400.

You may recall that Razer teased a 5G handheld device focused on cloud gaming.

The company took the opportunity at RazerCon to officially announce the system, which it calls Razer Edge.

It sports a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate and 2,400 x 1,080 Full HD+ resolution.

Razer says the display has 87 percent more pixels than competitors' devices.

The Edge's Gorilla Glass touchscreen is also pretty responsive with a 288Hz sample rate.

It has worked with Qualcomm and Verizon.

Razer runs on the Snapdragon G3x Gen 1 gaming platform.

This WiFi model will be released in January. That version will run you $400.
