Vitamin B12 is essential for making red blood cells and maintaining a healthy nervous system in our body

 B12 icalled as  Cyanobalamin ..Vegetarians do not have vitamin B12. Only non-vegetarian foods contain B12.

Deficiency causes forgetfulness, muscle weakness, lethargy, tremors, urinary incontinence, anemia problems, mental and convulsions.

As we age, the body's ability to absorb vitamin B12 from the food we eat decreases. This is the main cause of B12 deficiency.

Egg, Sea food, Fish, prawns, crabs,  Meat, beef, chickenand liver,. Carrot, papaya, sweet potato etc also contain B12.
